On 9 October 2015, Department of Training and Workforce Development has released the Western Australian skilled migration occupation list (WASMOL) for 2015-2016. If your occupation is identified on the Western Australian skilled migration occupation list (WASMOL), you may be eligible for Western Australian State nomination using the Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) or Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (Subclass 489).
Your occupation must be listed on WASMOL in order to be invited to apply for State nomination. The criteria for State nomination remains the same.
If you have lodged an application for State nomination prior to the release, your application will not be affected by the change of the list.
